8th Century Saxon Sword

Another object based on historical references created for my Honours project, inspired by a Saxon pommel from the 8th Century found in London and exhibited in the British Museum (https://www.britishmuseum.org/research/collection_online/collection_object_details.aspx?assetId=744329001&objectId=92019&partId=1).
The intricate engravings and metalwork are simply gorgeous, I hope I did justice to the original piece!
